Challenge

Peunier sells high-value automation solutions to enterprise buyers. We needed a website that builds trust with decision-makers, and a way for our own team to publish services, case studies and blog posts without calling a developer.

What I built

A 17-page marketing site with light and dark themes, plus a separate admin panel with phone OTP login and four permission levels. The team manages services, industries, case studies, blog posts, testimonials and team members from one place, with a built-in media library.

Outcome

  • The team publishes content themselves, and changes go live on the site right away
  • The public site stays online with built-in fallback content even if the database is unreachable
  • Hosting can be moved to a new provider by changing one setting, with no code changes

Challenge

Sales staff made calls from their own phones, so nothing reached the CRM. Managers couldn't see who was called, for how long, or what was said, and reps wasted time logging calls by hand.

What I built

A four-part system: a Frappe CRM plugin, a Flutter Android app, native Kotlin modules for calling and recording, and Firebase push messages that connect them. A rep taps "Call" in the CRM and their phone dials the lead from its own SIM.

Outcome

  • Every call is logged in the CRM automatically
  • Call recordings upload on their own and attach to the right lead or customer
  • Works with the team's existing SIMs, so no new phone lines were needed

Challenge

Calling and SMS inside ERPNext depended on a paid third-party service. The business wanted to own its phone system and keep call data on its own server.

What I built

A private phone system on the client's server that speaks the same language as Twilio, so ERPNext and Frappe CRM connect to it with no changes. It supports SIP phone lines and GSM modems for SIM-based SMS, and everything runs in Docker for easy setup.

Outcome

  • Calls and SMS work from inside ERPNext and the CRM
  • No dependency on a third-party telephony provider
  • Call data stays on the business's own server

How long does a website or app take?

A business website usually takes 2 to 3 weeks. An e-commerce store takes 4 to 6 weeks, and an Android and iOS app typically takes 6 to 12 weeks depending on features. You'll get a timeline with your quote.

How do payments work?

Usually 40% to start, 40% when the design and main build are approved, and 20% at launch. Monthly SEO and app care plans are billed month by month.

Will I be able to update the website myself?

Yes. Every website comes with an easy admin panel, and I'll show you how to use it before handover.
